What we were working with
A builder-grade blank backyard and an architectural committee that had already rejected one contractor's submittal.
What we built
We prepared plans in the format the committee expects — elevations, materials, colors, dimensions — got approval on the first submission, then built the patio, shade structure, turf and planting.
How it turned out
Approved on the first pass and finished a month later.
