What we were working with
A grand Victorian sitting behind a chain-link fence and a stair with cracked risers and mismatched patch repairs.
What we built
The stair risers were rebuilt and tiled, the chain link was replaced with a wrought-iron line matching the house's era, and the beds were planted with layered period-appropriate perennials.
How it turned out
A frontage that finally does the architecture justice.

Materials & methods
- Tiled stair risers
- Wrought-iron fence
- Period-appropriate perennials
- Brick edging
- Warm entry lighting
