The goal
Define a direct route between the sidewalk and elevated entrance while organizing the sloped lawn around the stairway.
Design & construction approach
Dark metal handrails follow both sides of the ascent, and repeated low shrubs line the steps.
The finished result
Gravel borders distinguish the planted edges from the lawn, while the slender rails keep the surrounding yard visible.
