What we were working with
A tiny walk-street lot with no room for furniture and constant foot traffic passing three feet from the front door.
What we built
Seating went built-in around the perimeter to free the floor, the surface was set in pavers on a shallow base, and screening planting gives separation from the walk street without blocking light.
How it turned out
A genuinely usable outdoor room on a lot most people write off.
