What we were working with
Aging planters with half-dead shrubs, broken spray heads flooding the walkways, and concrete lifting at tree roots.
What we built
We replanted the planters with durable low-water species, converted every zone to drip, ground and repaired the lifted walkway sections, and added bollard lighting along the main path.
How it turned out
A property that presents well to tenants without a large maintenance budget behind it.
