The goal
Connect the visible entry levels with a consistent surface treatment and a clearly defined garden edge.
Design & construction approach
Rectangular light fixtures punctuate the risers, while a low wall separates the steps from the gravel bed.
The finished result
Spaced planting and boulders keep the adjoining garden visually distinct from the stairway.
