What we were working with
A blank builder-grade backyard, a clear vision, and a budget that could not cover all of it in one season.
What we built
We designed the entire yard first, then split the build so the patio, shade structure and turf went in immediately, and the planting, outdoor kitchen rough-in and lighting could follow without tearing anything out.
How it turned out
A usable yard now and a finished yard later, with no rework in between.
