What we were working with
Everything near the arena was dust, and the house had no shaded place to watch from.
What we built
We built a stone viewing patio under new shade trees, converted the circulation routes to compacted gravel, and planted dust-control groundcover across the bare zones on efficient irrigation.
How it turned out
Less dust in the house and a genuinely pleasant place to sit and watch a ride.
