The goal
Connect the driveway and front porch with a clearly defined path while giving the lawn and foundation beds distinct edges.
Design & construction approach
Lantern-topped masonry posts mark its driveway-side opening, and low shrubs follow the house frontage.
The finished result
The paired lantern posts give the driveway end of the walk a recognizable entrance.
