The goal
Balance the long horizontal fence with vertical greenery while keeping a defined planting strip beside the lawn.
Design & construction approach
A continuous bark-mulch bed separates the planting from the lawn and follows the fence around the corner.
The finished result
The narrow planting band leaves an open lawn foreground, with the timber still visible between the plants.
