What we were working with
Sun-baked frontage with dying turf, a broken spray system and an entry that looked neglected to every customer walking in.
What we built
Turf came out, drip went in, and the beds were replanted with species chosen for heat, wind and near-zero maintenance. A new concrete apron cleaned up the entry.
How it turned out
A frontage that looks maintained without needing weekly attention, on a fraction of the water.
