What we were working with
A rental-turned-family-home where nothing outside had been touched in twenty years and everything needed to be low-maintenance from day one.
What we built
We kept the material list short and durable: concrete where it takes traffic, a block seat wall for structure, turf for the kids, and planting chosen for neglect tolerance rather than fussiness.
How it turned out
A yard built to still look right in ten years with minimal input.
