What we were working with
Two street-facing sides meant twice the exposure and twice the neglect — bare dirt, a cracked walk and no definition between the yard and the sidewalk.
What we built
A low seat wall now defines the property edge and doubles as somewhere to sit, a new walk connects the corner to the door, and drought-tolerant planting fills both frontages on drip.
How it turned out
The corner reads as the nicest one on the block, and maintenance is close to nothing.
